PADASALAI (Centre for Skills-Development and Training), is a registered not-for-profit TRUST working across India since 2017, focusing on alleviating poverty and social injustice. We do this through well planned and comprehensive projects in education, health and Environment. PADASALAI focuses on the empowerment of women and girls through skills training because they are disproportionately affected by poverty and discrimination; and suffer abuse and violations in the realization of their rights, entitlements and access and control over resources. Also, experience shows that, when equipped with the proper skills, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities overcome poverty, marginalization and social injustice. PADASALAI empowers underprivileged children, youth, women, senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PwDs) through relevant skill education. Unemployment increases day by day and ninety percent of common people aspire to get government job. Hence, PADASALAI conducts online coaching classes for the underprivileged people.

Our Mission " is to provide ‘people with opportunities to build a better future."

Our Vision "is to ‘be the recognized leader in life’ in support of strong communities."

AFTER SCHOOL TUITION

PADASALAI was started with the thought of empowering the youth and women to pursue their dreams and lead a thriving life. We believe that no single focus area can deliver that aspiration. Therefore, the organization looks at it as holistic development of society. We believe that the holistic development of society is only possible when each individual irrespective of their gender, religion, caste or any other categorization, gets a quality education, health care, aspired skills, and opportunities to earn a respectable living within a safe and secure environment to thrive. With that thought, the PADASALAI has identified
